The Sirimahannop Tall Ship, one of Bangkok’s most iconic new landmarks, was designed to honor the heritage of Thailand’s legendary “Thoon Kramom” ship, a 475-ton three-mast ship considered to be the largest vessel in Siam that plays a huge role in the prosperity from across the seas of the west to the Kingdom of Siam. The original ship was built in the early trading period between Thailand and Western countries in pursuit of free trade which further led to the signing of the Bowring Treaty with Great Britain resulting in trade and bilateral ties.

Tour Rattanakosin Island in a double-decker bus, experiencing the unique and distinctive architectural landmarks within the Rattanakosin island. Considered to be Bangkok’s “old town” and historic center, Rattanakosin is surrounded by canals and the Chao Phraya River hence the name Rattanakosin Island. Many of Bangkok’s main attractions such as Phra Sumen Fort, Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall, Golden Mount Temple, Democracy Monument, Giant Swing and old siam plaza can all be found here.

He is a world renowned chef and also voted  “The Best Chef in the World” by Le Chef Compilation 2019.

VISIT CHAING MAI

Chiang Mai is located at the upper northern part of Thailand full of beautiful nature and historical heritage of the “Lanna” Era. Chiang Mai in considerably colder than the other parts of Thailand so it’s perfect for people who can’t handle the heat and humidity of the warmer parts of Thailand. 

Visit Chiang Mai’s most remarkable temples, such as Wat Sri Suphan and Wat Lok Molee, each of which has its own distinctive architectural style.

Wat Sri Suphan

Most temples in Thailand are made out of cement and various materials which is not out of ordinary. However, Wat Sri Suphan is covered entirely out of sparkling silver, gives it a unique and majestic look. This silver temple was built back in 1500, considered to be one of the oldest temple in Chiang Mai and renowned as the the only silver temple in Thailand or even Asia.

Since the original construction back in 16th century, the temple has gone through different renovations. During 2008 to 2016, the temple has gone through a renovation performed by silver craftsman from Wua Lai community which is holds up to this day. 

This temple is a unique and modern take on traditional Lanna design. You can see the meticulously crafted arts right on the walls and doors of the temple, even the Buddha statues which normally is covered in gold are silvers here. 

Keep in mind that females are not allowed to enter the ordination hall. However, the hall is pretty small and seeable from the outside alone. 

Wat Lok Molee

considered to be one of the oldest temple is Chiang Mai, Wat Lok Molee was built all the way back in 14th century. This temple hold a massive Chedi that was later built in 1537 and house the ashes of several Kings of the Mengrai dynasty, who ruled the Lanna Kingdom in the past. 

The architecture of the temple just like most Temple in Chiang Mai, contains a different silhouette and color palette than traditional golden temples. However, a lot of people came here for the quiet atmosphere and the teaching of the monks. As a matter of fact, this temple is still active in the Buddhist community and frequently visited by local families.  

Wat Lok Molee is best visiting at night since the whole temple is lit up brightly with lights and candles makes the whole temple feels even more majestic.

Although not well advertise, Pong Horse park is a horse stable located in Chiang Mai, where holds as good of a horse as the views surrounding the place. Enjoy horseback riding, supervise by well-trained professionals and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere around the mountain for a stunning view. 

MAE KAM PONG VILLAGE

Coral island is a very popular destination in Phuket with amazing beach and crystal clear ocean. Even during low season, you can spend a half-day or a full day on the beach, snorkeling, or even scuba diving. Really worth while because of the unique sky blue color of the ocean here. 

For those who loves adventurous activities, there’s also tons of water sports for you to play ranging from parasailing, kayaking, banana boating, and so on.

BANANA BEACH

Despite every nukes and crannies of Phuket has been visited, discovered, explored. Yet, this small Banana beach is still stays hidden from the crowd and very little known place among other places in Phuket.

It is a perfect place to spend an afternoon swimming, snorkeling or even get a beach chair and an umbrella to sit down, take a moment to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of this quiet little gem. While it might feel quite like a low season, but a little change of pace and a quiet beach like this in Phuket is not really easy to come by, so sit down and enjoy the relaxation this place has to offer.

MAITON ISLAND

Maiton island is an underrated paradise known by very little people, comes with a long and interesting history. Located off the east coast of Phuket, this lovely island comes with a beautiful golden sands and palm trees, as well as clear waters teeming with vibrant coral reefs under the water. 

This small little island comes with a spacious and quiet beach, pairing with a green hill as a background. Considered to be somewhat of a private island, Maiton island comes with small hotels and a few bungalows. You can choose to grab a bite at the restaurants, or even a massage at the hotel for the ultimate relaxing experience. 

This island is a very popular stop for cruises, especially for those leaving from Chalong Pier. You can stop by and swim or snorkeling in the sea. If you dive a little off the shore, you have a change to encounter sea turtles, cuttlefish and many exotic tropical sea life.

KHAI NOK ISLAND

Koh Khai is essentially a group of very famous tiny islands. located just 15 minutes speedboat ride away from Phuket’s east coast. There are three islands, Koh Khai Nai, Koh Khai Nui and lastly Koh Khai Nok, where we will be visiting. 

The island become popular for its superb white and soft sandy beaches together with incredibly clear water where a swarm of colorful fishes come to swim around you. However, do keep in mind that no matter how cute they are, feeding them is forbidden and you could be arrested for it.

compared to Maiton island and Banana beach, this place is much more crowded with people since it is very close to Phuket and consider to be the first visit for many people. 

PHUKET OLD TOWN

While Phuket is not as historical like Ayutthaya or even Chiang Mai, it is exciting enough for you to spend half a day exploring around this beautiful town. It’s easy and fun to explore this place around and there are plenty of little cafes. and restaurants for you to try along the way. 

Experience the Sino-Portuguese style of architecture of shops on each side of the streets. try some of these shops out and shopping until you are satisfied. The place is actually very photogenic and would really worth taking a few snaps for your instagram glow.
